BIF is built by teenagers, for the community. If you're a high school student who's ready to do real work — we want to hear from you.
Leadership is a year-round commitment — about 3 to 4 hours a week. Meetings are virtual and held every two weeks. Pick your role below, answer those questions plus two general ones at the end. Finalists get a virtual interview.
We'll be in touch before August 28. Thanks for wanting to be part of this — it means something that you showed up.
No experience needed. Just show up ready to help. We'll reach out before events and workshops with details — you pick what works for your schedule.
We'll be in touch when events are coming up. Thanks for wanting to be part of this.
Ambassadors bring BIF to their cities. You recruit volunteers, plan local events, and build community under the BIF brand — with direct support from our founding team. Monthly virtual meetings, weekly check-ins with HQ, and 3–4 hours a week of real work. This is the most independent role we offer. It’s also a year-round commitment — building a chapter doesn’t stop when school lets out.
We'll be in touch before August 28. What you're trying to build matters — thanks for reaching out.
